The RJ Norick Downtown Library held the 2009 "I Can't Believe I Filmed That!" teen contest. Oklahoma City area residents were invited to submit original creations directed, filmed & edited by teens grades 7 - 12 that told a story or expressed a point of view.

Submission could be from 5-10 minutes long and on any topic, but language and subject matter must be "G" or "PG." Thanks to all who participated in making this an outstanding success!
